FAQ

Orders placed on the website take between 1 and 5 working days to be prepared and sent to the post office. Then you have to take into account the postal delivery times, which are generally 2 to 4 days for France and one to two weeks for international deliveries.

All orders for France are shipped via the French Post Office with a tracking number. International orders can be shipped with or without tracking number.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and will be displayed at the payment.

If you're ordering from abroad, customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are not included in the order price and remain the buyer's responsibility, unfortunately I cannot control these fees.

Each order is packaged by me in crystal paper and a cardboard envelope to protect the illustrations during delivery.

Everything can be recycled! The crystal paper can be reused to protect and preserve illustrations or photos :)

As all illustrations are printed on demand, I do not accept returns. Products can only be returned if I have made a mistake (mistaken for another item, oversight in your order) or if the item arrives with a really noticeable defect of my own making (stain on an illustration, for example). In either of these cases, the customer may request a refund instead of returning the item(s).

If the tracking number on your package indicates that your order has been delivered, I will neither refund nor return the item(s).

Shipping costs are also never refunded, regardless of the situation, as long as the item has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided.

If your order is listed as being shipped but you have not received it, please contact your postal service directly.

If your order has been damaged or has not arrived, unfortunately I have no control over the order once it has been dispatched and I am not responsible for any damage caused by a third party.

However, this is quite rare. In the event of a problem you can contact me using the form in the contact tab of the site, or directly at ameliemadi.illustration@gmail.com, so that we can work out a solution.
